How ordering works: Availability and price are confirmed before payment. WhatsApp us or complete an enquiry form β€” we will get back to you to confirm availability, price, and collection or delivery arrangements before finalising your order.

In-Store Collection

  • Visit us directly at Shop 606, Stratford Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, B11 4AP to browse and purchase in person.
  • Reserve via WhatsApp: If you enquire about an item online, we will hold it for you once availability and price are confirmed.
  • Collection is available during normal opening hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00–19:00, Sunday 11:00–17:00.
  • Please bring your WhatsApp confirmation when collecting reserved items.
  • Payment is made at the time of collection β€” cash and bank transfer accepted. Card payments β€” please ask in advance.

Local Birmingham Delivery

  • Local delivery within Birmingham may be available for certain orders β€” please ask when enquiring.
  • Delivery availability, charge and timescale will be confirmed at the time of your order.
  • Payment must be confirmed before delivery is arranged.
  • Delivery is available to the Birmingham area including Sparkhill, Small Heath, Hall Green, Moseley, Solihull and surrounding areas β€” subject to availability.

UK Delivery

  • UK postal delivery is not currently active as a standard service. Please WhatsApp us for urgent out-of-area enquiries and we will do our best to help.
  • Any UK delivery charges and timescales will be confirmed before your order is placed.

Tailoring & Alteration Orders

  • All Misha Tailoring orders require an in-person measurement visit at our Sparkhill boutique.
  • Pricing is confirmed after your measurement consultation β€” never before.
  • A deposit may be required for custom stitching orders.
  • Completion time is confirmed at the time of booking and varies depending on the work required.
  • You will be notified by WhatsApp or phone when your garment is ready for collection.
  • Final payment is made on collection of the completed garment.
  • Local delivery of completed tailoring may be available on request.

Payment Methods

  • Cash β€” accepted in store and on delivery.
  • Bank transfer β€” account details shared at point of order confirmation.
  • Card payment β€” may be available; please confirm before visiting.

Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-made products purchased in-store may be eligible for return subject to our policy.
  • Custom-stitched and tailored garments are bespoke items β€” please see the tailoring section of our returns policy for details.
  • Faulty goods are handled in accordance with UK consumer rights.
