• Stripe (payment processing): Card payments for online orders are processed securely by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. When you check out, your card details are entered directly on Stripe's own secure payment page — Durga Designs does not store your card number, CVC or any other raw card details, and our systems never have access to them. Stripe shares with us only a confirmation of whether your payment was successful, together with the order and contact information needed to fulfil your order.
• Supabase (secure order storage): Order and admin data — such as your order details, delivery address and order/dispatch status — may be stored securely using Supabase, a database hosting provider. This data is kept on protected, access-controlled servers and is used only to manage and fulfil your order.
• Resend (order email notifications): Transactional emails about your order — such as an order confirmation or a dispatch/tracking update — may be sent through Resend or another approved transactional email provider. These providers are used only to deliver order-related emails to you and your message content is not used for marketing.

We do not ask for or hold any personal bank account details for online card payments — all such payments are handled directly and securely by Stripe.

5. WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta. Please refer to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for details of how they handle your data. We use WhatsApp solely for business enquiries and customer communication.
